1. Introduction

luk22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Account Registration

Registration on luk22 requires the provision of accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You agree that all information provided during and after registration will be truthful and kept current.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, different devices or through the use of shared household connections — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. luk22 accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and in certain other circumstances at the Operator's discretion, you will be required to complete a KYC verification process. This typically involves submitting:

These references are provided for contextual familiarity only. The availability of any specific payment method is determined by the Operator and may change without notice. 6.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

8.3 Bet Cancellation and Void Bets

In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the user's account.

8.4 Maximum Payouts

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luk22 and its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any financial loss, including gambling losses, arising from Platform use.
• Any loss caused by technical faults, server outages, data breaches beyond our reasonable control, or third-party service failures.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes or content resulting from data feed errors outside our direct control.
• Any loss or damage arising from a User's reliance on information published on the Platform as legal, financial or professional advice.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. luk22 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose or its uninterrupted availability.

12. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luk22 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purposes of abusing bonus offers, arbitrage or any other form of fraudulent activity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other technology to place bets without genuine human decision-making.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider trading or exploitation of privileged information in the placement of bets.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, in violation of AML regulations applicable in any relevant jurisdiction.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account on your behalf.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs or errors in the Platform software for financial gain.
• Using the Platform in a manner that is abusive, threatening or harmful to other users or luk22 staff.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction in violation of applicable local law.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

luk22 and the Operator reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, AML-triggering or illegal activity.
• Identification of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Account inactivity exceeding the period specified in the Operator's current policies.
• User-requested account closure, including voluntary self-exclusion.

Upon Account closure, any balance remaining after satisfying outstanding wagering requirements and deducting any breached bonus amounts will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary operating licence. Users in Pakistan should note that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply additional restrictions on their ability to participate in real-money gambling activity, regardless of the Operator's licence jurisdiction.
